A full set of fixed teeth,
held by four implants.

All-on-4 replaces every tooth in a jaw with a fixed bridge supported by four dental implants — teeth that stay in your mouth, not in a glass by the bed. £15,000 per arch, with the price agreed in writing before anything starts.

If this sounds like you, you're exactly who this page is for

Most people who ask us about All-on-4 have been quietly struggling for years. There's no judgement here — only a way forward.

My teeth are failing

Loose, breaking, or painful teeth that patch-up dentistry can't keep rescuing. Sometimes the honest answer is to start again — properly.

I hate my denture

It moves when you eat, it rubs, and you never quite trust it. All-on-4 teeth are fixed to implants — they don't come out and they don't slip.

I've been told I need my teeth out

That's frightening to hear. But it's also the moment you get to choose what comes next — and a fixed bridge on implants is the closest thing to your own teeth.

I've stopped smiling

Covering your mouth when you laugh, turning down photos, avoiding eating out. Teeth you can rely on give you all of that back.

What All-on-4 actually is

Four implants. One fixed bridge. New teeth the same day.

Four titanium implants are placed in the jaw at carefully chosen angles, and a full arch of teeth is fixed onto them. Because the implants share the load, four is enough to support every tooth — which keeps the surgery simpler and the cost lower than an implant for every tooth.

And here's the part most people don't expect: you don't leave with a gap. A fixed temporary bridge is fitted the same day as your surgery, so you walk out with teeth. Once everything has healed — usually a few months — the final bridge is fitted.

It's often possible even if you've been told you've lost bone; the angled implants are designed to make the most of the bone you have. Your scan tells us for certain at the free consultation, and if a bone graft is needed it's £400 — never a surprise on the day.

Who does the surgery

Meet the surgeon who'll look after you

Dr Savan Zala, implant surgeon at Rugby Smiles

Dr Savan Zala

MSc Dental Implants · Leads full-arch & same-day teeth at Rugby Smiles

Savan has completed a Master's degree in dental implants and leads all full-arch treatment here. He's the kind of surgeon who'd rather spend an extra twenty minutes explaining than have you sit in the chair with a single unanswered question.

Nervous about the idea of surgery? You're in good company — most All-on-4 patients are. IV sedation (£500) means you can be deeply relaxed throughout and remember very little of it. And if you'd rather talk it all through before you ever sit in a dental chair, you can book a free, no-obligation chat with Georgia, our treatment co-ordinator — a sit-down in a normal room, no exam, no dentist.

How it works, start to finish

No pressure at any stage — and nothing goes ahead until you've seen the full plan and price in writing.

Free consultation

Meet Savan, talk about what you want, and have your mouth properly assessed — including a panoral X-ray that travels around the outside of your head (nothing goes in your mouth). You'll get straight answers about whether All-on-4 is right for you, and what the alternatives would cost.

Your written plan

Everything in black and white: what's happening, what it costs, and the 0% finance options if you'd like to spread it. Take it home, think it over, ask us anything.

Surgery day — with new teeth by the end of it

The implants are placed (with IV sedation if you've chosen it) and your fixed temporary bridge is fitted the same day. You arrive with failing teeth or a denture; you leave with teeth that don't come out.

Healing

Over the following months the implants fuse with your bone. Your temporary teeth stay fixed in place the whole time, and we see you for reviews to check everything is on track.

Your final bridge

Once healed, your final fixed bridge is made and fitted — built to look natural and last. Then we show you exactly how to care for it, and see you for regular hygiene visits to protect your investment.

All-on-4 isn't the only answer — and we'll tell you if it's not the right one

It's a significant investment, and it's only worth it if it's genuinely the best option for your mouth and your budget. Here's the honest comparison we'll walk you through at your consultation.

Option What it is Guide price
All-on-4 fixed bridge A full arch of teeth fixed to four implants. Doesn't come out; the closest thing to your own teeth. £15,000 per arch
Implant-retained denture A denture that clips onto implants — far more secure than a regular denture, but removable for cleaning. More on our dentures page → Priced in your written plan
Conventional dentures Made in-house by Brett, our clinical dental technician of 30+ years. No surgery involved. Dentures at Rugby Smiles → From £1,000
Single implants or bridges If some of your teeth are worth saving, replacing only the missing ones may be smarter. Dental implants from £3,000 → From £3,000 per implant

Surgery here is calmer than you'd think

From our Google reviews — patients who've had surgical treatment and sedation with us, in their own words.

★★★★★

"I recently had 2 wisdom teeth removed at Smiles with conscious sedation as I was very nervous. If anyone else is in the same position I would highly recommend Smiles (and the sedation!) It went incredibly smoothly, the staff were professional, calm and understanding and I am so relieved I did it this way!"

★★★★★

"Welcomed with a smile, the waiting room was warm and cozy. I had to have an extraction due to an infection. This went smoothly and everything was explained in detail. I was given clear instructions as to what to do once home."

Karen B.

The questions everyone asks

How much does All-on-4 cost — really?
£15,000 per arch. That covers your consultation and planning, all four implants and the surgery, fixed temporary teeth on the day, your final bridge, and your review appointments. Both arches together are £30,000. IV sedation is £500 per session if you'd like it, and if any teeth need removing first, that's listed clearly in your written plan — you'll never find a cost on the day you didn't see coming. 0% finance is available to spread the cost.
Do I really get teeth the same day as the surgery?
Yes — a fixed temporary bridge is attached to your implants the same day, so you never go home without teeth. It stays fixed in place while you heal, and once the implants have fully fused with your bone, it's replaced with your final bridge.
I've been told I don't have enough bone. Is it still possible?
Often, yes. All-on-4 was developed precisely for people with bone loss — the back implants are angled to use the strongest bone you have. Your scan at the free consultation tells us for certain, and if a graft is needed it's £400. If it genuinely isn't possible, we'll tell you straight and talk through the alternatives.
Does the surgery hurt?
The area is completely numbed, and most patients say the days afterwards were far more manageable than they'd feared. If the idea of being aware during surgery worries you, IV sedation (£500) keeps you deeply relaxed throughout — most people remember very little. Read the review from K. W. above; that's a typical sedation experience here.
How long does the whole thing take?
The surgery and your same-day teeth happen in a single day. The full journey — consultation, planning, surgery, healing, final bridge — usually spans a few months, because we won't rush the healing that makes your implants last. You have fixed teeth throughout; there's no toothless stage.
What about my denture in the meantime?
From surgery day onwards, you won't need it — your temporary bridge is fixed in place. Plenty of our All-on-4 patients have worn dentures for years; the most common thing they tell us afterwards is that they wish they'd done it sooner.
How do I look after All-on-4 teeth?
Much like natural teeth: careful daily cleaning (we'll show you exactly how), plus regular hygiene visits to keep the gums around your implants healthy. Looked after well, it's built to last for many years.
I'm too nervous to even book a consultation.
Then don't book one — book a chat instead. Georgia, our treatment co-ordinator, will sit down with you in a normal room: no dental chair, no exam, no dentist, no obligation, free. You can also read how we look after nervous patients — including sedation, X-rays that go around your head rather than in your mouth, and a team that goes at your pace.

Two ways this goes

You book the free consultation

An honest assessment from Savan, a written plan with every cost on it, and a clear picture of what your options really are — fixed teeth, dentures or something in between. Whatever you decide, the not-knowing ends.

You keep managing around it

The denture adhesive, the menus scanned for soft options, the smile held back. It works, sort of — it just never gets better on its own. If now’s not the time, that’s okay. We’re here when it is.

Start with a conversation, not a commitment

The consultation is free, the plan is in writing, and the decision is always yours. Free parking on site and wheelchair access — and you're welcome to bring someone with you.
