What people ask about paying for treatment

Is 0% finance really 0%?
Yes — on interest-free plans you repay exactly the treatment price, split into monthly payments, with no interest added. Finance is subject to status and eligibility, and the exact terms available to you are confirmed by the provider before you sign anything.
Will there be a credit check?
Yes — both Chrysalis and Practi run a credit check as part of the application, like any lender. The application takes minutes online and you'll usually have a decision very quickly.
Who can apply?
You'll need to be over 18 and a UK resident, and approval is subject to status — the providers assess each application individually. If it's easier, a family member can arrange finance for treatment on your behalf — ask us and we'll explain how.
Can I pay it off early?
Usually yes — you can typically settle the balance early, and the provider will confirm the exact settlement terms of your agreement before you sign. Nothing is hidden in the small print we haven't pointed at.
What if I'm declined?
It happens, and it's never awkward from our side. There are usually still options: a different deposit or term, treatment staged in phases you pay for as you go, or starting with what matters most first. Talk to Georgia — there's nearly always a route that works.
Is the Dental Plan the same as finance?
No — and the difference matters. Finance spreads the cost of a specific treatment. The Dental Plan (from £22/month) covers your routine care — check-ups and hygiene visits — and gives you 10% off treatment. Plenty of patients use both: the plan for everyday care, finance for the big treatment.
